The Landmark Towers project in Nicosia is a redevelopment of the former Hilton Hotel, which is located in the city center of Nicosia.
The Landmark Towers project involves the renovation and redevelopment of the existing Hilton Hotel building, which was originally built in 1967. The project aims to transform the building into a modern mixed-use development that will include luxury apartments, office spaces, and retail outlets.
The Project aims to create a new landmark for the capital of Cyprus, which will host a 16-floor office building, a 17-floor apartment building, a private 1500m2 square for public use and the refurbishment of one of the most legendary hotels in Cyprus.
The development will also feature a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views of the city, as well as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center for residents and guests.
Project Architects for the development are Eraclis Papachristou Architects.
ALA carried out the EIA for the construction and operation of two high rise residential and office buildings, which constitute part of the Landmark project Master Plan and prepared the Environmental Information form for the renovation of the Hotel. The scope of work also included the TIA study as well environmental and traffic consulting services for the project.
