Technical Due Diligence for Pittas Dairy Factory

A Technical Due Diligence report for an industrial building (former facilities of the "Pittas" dairy factory) located in the municipality of Strovolos, in Nicosia, was successfully implemented by A.L.A Planning Partnership Consultancy L.L.C. in 2020.

The Technical Due Diligence incorporated, among other deliverables, an Environmental Due Diligence Assessment of the property, which involved a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). This incorporated a comprehensive review of the current and historical uses of a property to identify potential environmental risks and liabilities. 

This comprised an analysis of the baseline environment, including a desk study, and a detailed site inspection. The following information was provided in the Phase I ESA Report:

• General Information regarding the site and surrounding area

• Mapping of Site and Satellite / Ground Level Photography

• Visible Contaminated areas and Risks, based on a Site Inspection 

• Contaminated Land and Landfill Sites

• Geological and Soil information

• Hydrogeological information

• Ecological Receptors

• Watercourses and Flood Risk information

• Land Use information
