Sunset Gardens is a high-end residential development comprising of one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses offering numerous amenities such as swimming pools, fitness club, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and more. Project Client is Imperio Properties and Project Architects for the development are UDS Architects. The project is located in the community of Tserkezoi in Limassol, near the Limassol Salt lake, which is a unique wetland complex and also a Ramsar Site.
ALA Planning Partnership provided full Environmental Services to the Client and undertook the Environmental Impact Assessment to minimize any adverse environmental impacts of the Project, as well as the Hydrological Study required for the management of the rainwater runoff. The Environmental Impact Assessment included detailed flora, fauna, and wild bird surveys according to the demands of the competent authorities.
