Revision of the Nicosia Local Plan 2018 | Public Consultation Successfully Completed

As part of the forthcoming revision of the Nicosia Local Plan, our Office—appointed by the Latsia–Geri Municipality to prepare the Municipal Council’s Planning Submission—successfully organized and delivered the 1st Public Consultation.

The event took place on 19 January 2026 at the Latsia Municipal Theatre and marked an important step toward a participatory, transparent, and forward-looking planning process. Our Planning Consultants presented the Local Plan revision process, highlighted the Municipality’s key urban and development characteristics, and facilitated an open and constructive exchange of views with local stakeholders and residents.

The strong attendance and the constructive preliminary proposals shared by participants reaffirm the importance of inclusive dialogue in shaping the future of the Municipality and supporting sustainable urban development.
