Public Presentation for the EIA study for the «Land of Tomorrow» Masterplan

Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to attend the Public Presentation for the EIA study for the Land of Tomorrow Masterplan. The presentation will take place on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 16:00, at the Petrolina Headquarters (Address: Kilkis 1, 6015 Larnaka).

The proposed project involves the construction and operation of the Integrated Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development “Land of Tomorrow”, which is located within the administrative boundaries of Larnaca, in the area of the former Oil Refineries.

The development consists of a large-scale mixed-use scheme comprising primarily residential, office, and commercial uses (retail shops), as well as soft leisure and recreational uses. In addition, the development includes the construction of an urban hotel with a conference/exhibition centre, as well as a luxury hotel unit.
